(Isaiah 40:8) Head and Heart: Our services seek to appeal to clear thinking about spiritual things, and seeks to kindle hearts with deep, strong, real emotions and commitment towards God with these truths. (Matthew 22:37) Reality: Our services seek to have the atmosphere of a radically personal encounter with the God of truth. We work to avoid all pretense and posturing as we pursue reverence, passion, and wonder in submission to Christ and His Word. (Psalm 96) Transparency: We want all stage participants to disappear and allow the greatness of God to shine through. Our trust is in our Message, not ourselves as messengers. We strive to avoid shoddiness and lack of preparation as well as distracting finesse or refinement. (Psalm 115:1) Contemporary without Compromise: We celebrate a contemporary expression of worship that is decidedly Christ-centered and focused. We intentionally prepare our services to exalt Christ in spirit and in truth and ground the worship and response in the truth of God's Word. In doing so, we treasure the transcendence of God while embracing personal relationship and response to Him. (Matthew 13:52)
